President and Founder - Dave Marko

  

Our Founder's Vision: The Insights Unleashed Story

A true consultant at heart, Dave Marko has always been hyper-focused on company and customer success. Throughout his career in leadership roles, he noticed frustrating and familiar sights: companies with clean, crisp exteriors that concealed internal disorganization, outdated processes, and teams suffering from exhaustion, attrition, and misalignment. Consulting organizations lacked focus, and customers consistently missed the value they were promised during their sales cycle.


As an inherent problem solver, Dave focused his energy on changing this dynamic.  He became an expert at building high performing consulting teams that consistently drove true customer ROI. He not only maintained incredibly low levels of attrition (customer and employee) but also increased average deal size, margin, utilization, and overall business revenue. After successfully solving these high-growth problems in several organizations, he took the time and created a repeatable framework—the foundation for Insights Unleashed.

  

Proven Results & Expertise

Dave has worked with and for some of the largest and most successful companies in the world over the last 28+ years.

  • Salesforce:   Served as Vice President, Professional Services, leading the Data and Analytics consulting teams across North America. He also had the pleasure of leading the global Tableau and CRMA analytics delivery teams,  where he drove significant improvements to increase margins, bill rates, utilization, deal size, and renewals, while decreasing employee churn. He was recognized as the "Einstein Whisperer".
  • Acumen  Solutions:   As a Managing Director, Dave helped build a new Data and Analytics practice, growing it from less than 2% to over 18% of yearly revenue before being acquired by Salesforce. He honed his focus at Acumen Solutions on driving customer outcomes, and ensuring technology was a true accelerator. He also partnered closely with account sellers to build tailored solution offerings driving increased customer value.
  • Clarabridge:   As one of the first dozen employees hired, Dave built the Professional  Services, Training, and Support Organizations beginning with Customer #1. His efforts helped define the customer value this technology could deliver in the CX space, and set in motion a delivery organization that helped fuel explosive growth leading to a successful acquisition by Qualtrics following his departure.
